How is it different from a recirculating fountain?
Used water from the bowl drains into its own 2L tank. The next refill comes from the separate 4.5L clean-water reservoir, rather than returning the bowl water to that reservoir. Refreshing happens on the interval you choose, not continuously.
Do I need to buy replacement filters?
No disposable replacement filters are required for this model. That does not mean it is maintenance-free: clean the bowl and tanks, empty used water and replenish fresh drinking water regularly, following the included manual.
Does cordless mean it never needs charging?
No. It has a rechargeable 2,200 mAh battery and includes a USB-C cable and adapter. Battery life varies with settings and use; we do not promise a fixed number of days between charges.
Can I leave it unattended for several days?
No. Check your pet, drinking water, battery and tank levels daily. Keep another drinking-water source available. A large reservoir is not a substitute for a caregiver or daily pet care.
Will it suit my cat or dog?
It is designed as a drinking bowl for cats and small pets, including small dogs. The assembled unit is about 9.45 × 11.02 × 9.06 inches. Check the dimensions, supervise introduction and adjust the refill amount to your pet's needs; individual acceptance varies.
