Need help with your order? Start with us, not an unmarked return parcel.

30-day return requests

Email strungainvest@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide the next steps. Do not return an item to the address on the package without our instructions.

Change-of-mind returns

Items must be unused, clean, undamaged and complete with accessories, manual and original packaging. For hygiene reasons, a fountain already used by a pet is not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This restriction does not apply to faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

You are responsible for return shipping on an approved change-of-mind return. Any original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law. We do not promise free returns or a local US return address; we provide the applicable return destination before you send anything.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as you discover a problem. Include a description and, where practical, photos or a short video to help us assess it. An opened or used item is not automatically excluded when faulty. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate refund, replacement or other resolution, including reasonable approved return shipping when a return is required for our error or a verified fault.

Do not discard the item or send it back until we provide instructions. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.

Refunds

We will notify you after the return or claim is reviewed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order is processing or shipped. For a different item, contact us first; we do not guarantee direct exchanges.
