Where we deliver

This product is intended for customers in the contiguous United States. Please contact us before ordering to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or PO boxes; service is not confirmed for those destinations.

Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days

Orders are fulfilled from our supplier's US warehouse while US stock is available. Allow an estimated 1–3 business days for processing, followed by 3–5 business days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Supplier handling times can vary; the 1–3-day estimate applies to most, not all, orders. Stock, carrier delays, weather and address issues can affect delivery. We do not guarantee a delivery date.

Charges and tracking

Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. We send tracking information when it becomes available; tracking may take time to update after a label is created.

If your order is delayed

If we learn that we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and your cancellation/refund options. You may decline a proposed shipping delay and request cancellation before shipment. Carrier transit estimates can also change after shipment.

Address changes and delivery issues

Email strungainvest@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or dispatch. If tracking shows delivered but your package is missing, check nearby locations and contact us so we can help investigate.
