Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States only.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery takes
3 to 5 business days from our US warehouse.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed
the next business day.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your
order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder
before contacting us.

Wrong address

If the address entered at checkout is incomplete or incorrect,
the carrier may return the parcel to us. Email us as soon as
you notice and we'll resend it or refund you in full.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, email us
with your order number. We'll either resend it or refund you —
your choice. You won't be asked to chase the carrier yourself.
